Introducing Napaulstan Charitable Foundation
WHY?
Napaulstan Charitable Foundation was founded in 2000. Our foundation efforts are for providing opportunity for children in the rural areas of Greater Accra region that are at risk. To create value and make a difference in their education quest, and to bring inspiration and innovation. The target population consists mostly of indigenous people of Accra, the capital of Ghana and its surrounding regions. Developments of Accra as the capital of Ghana and the natural consequence of displacement of the indigenous people of the region have resulted in the loss of their economic base of farming and fishing. A number of them lack primary education and with little or no health care. Programs aimed at assisting children in rural areas of Greater Accra region are very often by-passed because they are not visible among affluent city life.
AIM
The foundation's aim is to provide opportunity for the under-privileged youths in the rural areas of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, and to inspire moments of optimism in them.
